Change of Mind Returns – Shipping Costs
If you return an item due to a change of mind, the original shipping charge paid by Rainbow Bags to dispatch your order may be deducted from your refund, even if your order qualified for a Free Shipping promotion.
"Free Shipping" is a promotional offer provided by Rainbow Bags and does not mean that no shipping cost was incurred. Where Rainbow Bags has paid the shipping cost on your behalf, this cost may be deducted from the refund for change of mind returns.
Customers are also responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise covered under the Australian Consumer Law.
This policy applies only to change of mind returns and does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
