Rainbowbags, ONLINE warranty, refunds and return policy
Warranty
Warrants our manufactured product against material and manufacturing defects for the life of the product. Our warranty is valid for the original purchaser, however, does not include damage due to improper use or care, accident, modification, or negligence. It also excludes reasonable wear and tear, and natural material breakdown or fading due to age, use, or environmental conditions.

Return
We will accept returns for a change of mind within 15days from the date of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return,

2. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

please send with provided packing list or invoice showing order number
The cost of returning your items by post is your responsibility in case of an unwanted or unsuitable purchase(s) and the product(s) must be returned to us in its original condition (including price tags and hanging tags).
Refund
1. Please allow up to 15 working days for your return to be processed. Unfortunately, if you return your items via post, we are only able to offer refunds and are unable to process exchanges, if you would like to exchange your item, you will need to come into a store or purchase the item on our website.
2.Rainbowbags will provide a gift voucher, exchange, store credit or refund at the store.
3.Rainbowbags cannot provide a refund if the above terms are not met including if you:
· you do not have proof of purchase.
· The product/s have been used, worn or tested, the goods have been damaged after you received them or you have not returned the Product with all its original packaging with tags, stickers and labels still attached.
4.Please note that if your product is eligible for a refund (see above), then you will receive a refund of the purchase price of the product returned. We will not refund the shipping/delivery fee that you paid or the fees you incurred in returning the product back to us (i.e. postage costs).Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
5.Please note that if your product is eligible for a refund (see above), then you will receive a refund of the purchase price of product returned. we will deduct cost of shipping even if you purchased as free shipping.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
